Questions

Everything a property manager asks first

How much does a snow contract cost?

It depends on the lot, the walks, the tier you choose and how you want to be billed. The plans page shows how each contract is billed; a site walk gives you the real number.

How soon do you respond?

Your contract states a trigger depth and a clear-by time for each area. The table on the home page shows how those work.

Are you licensed and insured?

The footer of every page lists our snow industry credential and insurance. We send a certificate of insurance before the first push.

What happens at the site walk?

A supervisor marks lots, walks, ramps, hydrants and drains on a plan and asks where snow can stack. The proposal follows by email.

How do we pay?

Per-push contracts are billed after each storm. Seasonal contracts are billed in equal payments through the season.

What if a storm is too dangerous?

Crews don't drive under a travel ban. We tell you when it pauses work and start again when it lifts.

What should we do before the first storm?

Tell us where cars park, mark hydrants and drains, and give us any gate codes.

What areas do you serve?

Erie County and the Niagara County towns in our service area.

When do seasonal contracts close?

October 31.

What if it ices after the plow leaves?

Call or text the storm line. We log the call and send a crew to treat the spot.

Who answers at night?

The dispatch rota, by phone or text, around the clock. Nights cost nothing extra on contract sites.

Can you haul snow away?

Yes, quoted per job. We can also agree stacking areas in advance.

Is a snow contract insurance?

No. It is a service agreement, and it does not cover injuries or damage on your property. Ask your insurance agent how a contract and a certificate fit your policy.
