What we collect

When you use a form we collect your name, company or property, phone number, email and anything you type. When you text or call, we also see your number and any photo you send.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, schedule a site walk, write a proposal, dispatch trucks and bill you. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people who process payments or send our messages.

Text messages

We text about the work you asked for, such as a site walk time or a storm update. Reply STOP to end texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Photos

A photo you text us is used to understand the problem. It stays with the job record for that property.

Asking us to delete it

Write to dispatch@rinaldisnow.com and we will delete what we hold about you, except what the law or a contract requires us to keep, such as invoices.
