Storm line
Who answers the storm line, day or night
The storm line is the office number, (716) 555-0100. It rings through to the dispatch rota around the clock.
Overnight, the dispatcher on shift reaches the field operations lead when a site needs a truck sent out of order. Calls and texts go into the same log as the visits.
What to know
Nights and weekends cost nothing extra on a contract site; the contract's rates apply at any hour
A call-out for a property with no contract is quoted on the call, and after-hours work can cost more
Text a photo of the problem to the same number

Questions
Storm line questions
Do you work during a travel ban?
No. Crews don't drive under a travel ban. We tell you when a ban pauses work and start again as soon as it lifts.
Will the storm line answer the same night I call?
Yes. It is answered by a person on the dispatch rota. How fast a truck reaches the site depends on your tier and where the storm has the routes.
Is the storm line only for contract sites?
Contract sites come first. We take calls from other properties and quote them on the call when a truck is free.
